What is the magnification?

Yes, as long as you find a place where mites are confirmed and take samples to make specimens

Is it a touch screen?
Its screen does not support touch and requires button operation. However, it has two touch-sensitive buttons—one for taking photos and the other for recording videos. This design helps prevent the microscope from shaking during operation. These two buttons are very convenient.

Its great light weight, powerful and easy to use, I work with plants ,and different materials .
I can't connect the microscope Beaverlab Darwin to my computer (Windows) nor to my phone (Androïd). I don't undersatnd why and I'm quite disappointed.

I can closely examine mineral specimens because I have recently begun to participate in mining processes and mineral retraction. This instrument gives me information that enhances the experience.
A wonderful product that my whole family has enjoyed. The book and observation journal, as well as the slide and preparation materials, make it accessible and so much more than a microscope. It's a new perspective on the world we live in :)
I have only had a brief play with the microscope. First impressions were good - it looked good quality. I did have some issues with the front buttons, which at times, and for reasons I could not work out, seemed to simply not work. In particular, the Photo button seemed to be very random and require to be pressed quite firmly and precisely and there was little feedback to indicate when it was successful except for the message that flashed up (easy to miss) when a photo was taken. This made it almost impossible to take an in-focus photo when hand-held. This might improve if used with the app, which I have not had a chance to do yet. Things seemed to work better when used on the stand.
I am learning how to be a collector and this is a valuable tool! Love it!

We’ve been showing this off to all our friends, super cool to record video and see yourself or environment on a smaller scale! Great resolution and love the color options. I would reccommend as it’s much more portable than a traditional light microscope. I got this to look at skin issues as well as have fun with and it’s been great.

The Microscope arrived within the time period indicated. I took it up to my son's house in Scotland as a Xmas present for the young grandkids. Whilst there it was unpacked and tried out. Very impressive. My son will have to read the instructions in detail so that the grandkids can have the best experience with their cousins on Xmas day.

I bought it for personal use in my yard. Working at the high school, I brought it in to show the special education science teacher. He used the school's slides on my microscope. They came out clear. It would be easy to view for students. They ended up buying one while it was on sale. I love that I can slide it out and take it with me. Being able to take pictures, or screenshot, is awesome.
