30-Day Money Back Guarantee
All orders purchased from BEAVERLAB may be returned unused for any reason within 30 days of order delivery for a full refund. The delivery time is based on the logistics tracking information.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable after shipment.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
BEAVERLAB will not cover shipping costs for non-quality-related returns. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific cost depends on the courier you choose.
If the return is due to BEAVERLAB's fault (e.g., wrong or damaged items), the consumer is not required to pay for return shipping.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Damage caused by external sources
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Non quality-related issues
- Free products
- Products repaired by third parties
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Damage due to misuse (e.g., drops, extreme temperatures, water damage, improper operation)
In some cases, you may be asked to provide a photo or video of the defective product as proof for refund or replacement.
Returns
After receiving return confirmation from BEAVERLAB, the buyer will be provided with a return address. Please send the item to the specified address and email the tracking number to: support@beaverlabtech.com so we can track and verify the return.
Please include the following information in your return request:
- Order number / Proof of purchase
- Photo or video of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact phone number

Please provide the valid tracking number and shipping receipt within 7 days of return approval. Otherwise, your request will be voided. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer unless the product is faulty.
Refunds
Processed refunds will be completed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card, debit card).
For defective products, a full refund will be provided. For non-defective items, the refund will exclude all shipping and handling fees.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).
- Next, contact your bank (processing times may vary).

Cancelling or Amending Orders
If you ordered the wrong item, please contact us at support@beaverlabtech.com to cancel or change your order. You can cancel or modify your order free of charge before it is shipped.
To maintain quick turnaround times, once the package leaves our warehouse, it can no longer be canceled or amended.
